This movie is funny that's for sure but it has a plot as well. The main aspect of the movie is two cops. One loves doing paperwork and the other has anger issues. This makes for a good idea that's for sure. As Will Ferrell has to be convinced to do investigation and isn't too eager to go into battle, he would rather sit at his desk and do paperwork. while the other really wants to see some action.

Please note that I missed 15 minutes of this movie because my friend wanted pretzel cheese bites.

So it was funny at the parts that were funny. And at the serious parts it was good a little confusing to me as to what's going on. But humor is sprinkled in with the plot so if you just want the comedy it's not unbearable. Is it worth seeing? Yes, yes it is.
