I waited until the 1st chipset revision (Falcon) to buy a 360. Almost exactly 2 years to the day that I bought it, it got the RROD. :(

I fixed it myself by removing the X-Clamps & using regular screws + washers to secure the heatsinks to the CPU & GPU. Those X-Clamps are the worst design decision EVER!

If you're into RPGs, I highly recommend the Baten Kaitos games.

I got a Gamecube strictly for its 1st-party & exclusive games & that's all I need for it.

More 3rd party support would've helped immensely. Nintendo's 1st party games were 2nd to none but they could only produce so many games.

ToS and R4 are a must buy. The other could be metroid. I didn't really like Crystal chronicles. And Baten Kaitos is good only in art style.

You're nuts dude.

Baten Kaitos is a very engaging and addictive RPG. The more comfortable you get with the battle system, the more you'll love it. It makes even the usual "random" encounters interesting as opposed to games like Final Fantasy where you're hammering the attack button just to get through another boring fight.

Get Baten Kaitos!!!!!!!:D

As practically everyone else mentioned, Skies of Arcadia Legends ($20 used at Gamestop) & Fire Emblem (going for upwards of $40 used if you can find it) are both excellent & must-own games.
