I've had the first two games on PC since they were originally released, have played each one to the end multiple times, and yet I'll still probably end up buying them for the Switch. Yes, blame me for companies wanting to make endless ports instead of new games.
Max Payne was a great game. Max Payne 2 was a phenomenal game. Max Payne 3 was disappointing trash that had none of what made the first two games so good. I have no interest in a Max Payne 4.
Good for Manchin. That bill is a quintessential boondoggle. Isn't it funny how the man proclaiming, "Build back better!" is destroying everything he touches?
The first S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is one of the best bad games I've ever played. It got so much wrong, but what it got right was made for a compelling and oddly enjoyable game. The question is, can this sequel recapture the magic of the original while fixing what it got wrong?
But everyone with 100+ games on steam should be getting a Deck. Ive been waiting for this moment since the first time I heard the SteamBoy rumors.
Massive software library and excellent backwards compatibility are going to be the Deck's biggest advantages. The fact that you can hook up a mouse, keyboard, and monitor and use it like a desktop PC is pretty cool, too, but I doubt it is any where near capable enough to replace your desktop, although the idea is strangely appealing.
