Gears 2 was hyped AAA and received and AAA score therefore it met its hype simple as that

So the story flows similar to the 1st? I always thought that is what was wrong with the first....it's was like they did a rush job and the story/cut scenes really suffered for it. I really was expecting the story to flow as well as God Of War.

Even though Fall of Man was no "king" when it came to telling a story, the narrator did a much better job at letting you know what was going on. These cutscenes look better, but that's about it. They really do nothing to move the story forward.

Whatever I don't favour any company.. I've bought all 3 consoles but sold the wii when I found out about the motion sensing, it isn't a bad console though just a bit of a gimmick

Anyway I know you will stick up for M$ saying they don't pay reviewers but don't you find it odd how the Gears 2 review came out first? That just seems a bit fishy and money could be involved imo
