I think it has something to do with the World Wars and then America and Russia both having atomic bombs or just weapons that could desecrate all life on Earth.
Just don't believe the saps that tell you "oh no no, we just want to help people now." Yeah frickin right.
They don't have much replay value. The story is really terrible, especially the second game. And due to limited replay value I'm not looking to play the game again to understand the stupidity of it.
Why don't you try putting your heart and soul into a game only to see it sell 72,000 copies or something and people flocking to shooters and rap and roll themed music games? Then you might appreciate the smaller developers that make VERY enjoyable games yet no one outside of game forums know about them.

What more complicated shows do you enjoy? Dexter and Mythbusters. I don't watch much tv.

Yeah I'd really love it if Suikoden 2 was released on the PSN cIassics. Get to it Konami! A lot of people tend to cite it as one of the best in the series.
