I was so psyched when I found out that one of my favorite shows EVER, the West Wing, was nominated for a bunch of emmys. I'm not sure about best drama, but I think that Alan Alda is a definite contender. I'm not sure what Alison Janey's chances are. She wasn't in this season that much, I just don't want Gena Davis to win. I still can't believe that she was nominated for that crappy piece of acting. CiC was a terrible series. I also think that Martin Sheen is the sentimental favorite for best actor. I think that they will be awarding him for the series as a whole, and not just for this season. The academy can't deny that in terms of the series as a whole, Martin Sheen's portrayal as Bartlett was consistently fantastic. I can't wait for the Emmys, and hopefully, the West Wing can go out on top.
