@LegatoSkyheart well I think reviews should reflect the situation with games at the time they are published. Maybe a great game from 10+ years ago isn't considered great these days, regardless of whatever warm feelings we might have for it, from playing it "way back when". And sadly, a new coat of paint isn't enough to make it great for the current times.

Honestly I think there's much more to be done with the current gen, going beyond just visuals. Gens are killed off way too soon and the current one is no exception. There are still plenty of impressive games coming out.

Can't say I didn't see this coming, can't believe the service endured this long in the state it was in. It's good to see Gamespot move with the times, hopefully this will bring more users in who couldn't pay the subscription.

PR Balrog is awesome, glad to see him doing so well. We Eduardos should stick together! =) And Gootecks! Happy to have him back in the spotlight.

Yeah, I always get cranky when I don't see portuguese in any form in a game. I'm happy when I see an option for it, even if it is the Portugal type and not Brazilian. Heavy Rain and Little.Big.Planet were nice surprises.
