i have through alot in search of the best strategy game and im talking about a strategy game that does not involve mass spamming and gathering resources but a game that focuses mainly on infantry coordination, armor/defense strategic placing and of course making tactical movements.
these are the games that i have tried please tell me if there is anything else better then this out there
Supreme commander ( i like it but the computer lags and the units always go in single files and they dont obey no matter how many time i click until half of them are dead. and also there is alot of spamming in this game too)
C&C generals/tiberium war( complete crap everything revolves about spamming 1 or 2 types of units to completely destroy the enemy without doing any work)
age of empires (again with spamming and lack strategic movements)
total war ( not bad but could use better graphics. i never played multilayer so i cant judge this one)
Dawn of war dark crusade: (its good but its not...i dont know how to say it "logical" and please dont quote me on that. in dawn of war all tanks and units do so many explosions and epic fighting yet no one dies! for example when the pyramid thing for the necronsits like an atomic bomb is lunched on the adversary yet ALL enemy squads survive the blast)
company of heroe: (i am stisfied by this game because even if you are outnumbered and low on resources if you play your cards right you can still manage to hold a considerable defensive. and defence like MG/AT emplacement or fortified tanks in the between the buildingand etc...)
age of mythology: (it was funn but it was ALL spamming myrmidons or w/e)
what im looking for is a game that is not focused on gathering resources and spamming but on how you play with the soldiers you have
for example (its pretty long don't read it if you don't want to)
in a multilayer game in Company of heroes i was loosing badly i only had 2 infantry squads 1 anti-infantry tank and an AT(anti-tank). the guy that i was playing against had pushed me back(i was the British) on this small piece of land that was surrounded by water and connected by a bridge and a patch of land that didn't allow vehicles to cross. the dude probably had 2 panther tanks(VERY STRONG) 1 anti infantry tanks and 2 squads, so what i did in order to destroy his very expensive army was to blow the bridge when the his troops almost finished crossing the bridge which made him loose 1 panther 1 squad and 1 anti infantry tanks and then i ambushed his troops with my own anti infantry and of course i used my RPG guys and my at to take care of the Panther.
does anyone know of a better strategy game like company of heroes or something like it ?

ROFL ok 12 year old at least this kid works for his Xbox what ever games or consoles i buy comes from my own money that i worked for. i dont need momy and daddy for games...sorry
and getting back on the issue i didnt like halo either but il guesse il go buy COD 5 since it looks more flexible and better then COD 4
so im wondering if i should buy COD 5 or GoW2 im speaking purely on Multiplayer gameplay so to make a good purchase i ned to ask you people which onedo you prefer as a multiplayer game? i tried out COD 5 beta and was pretty satisfied with it(even if it was ww2 because i never have tried a ww2 game) so my questions are which one is better?
how many guns does GW have? what are the maps(give link in you can)? what is the overall gameplay like? (since i have already played COD5 i know what to expect) thanks alot
my cousin from France bought me a Wii but when i set it up it wouldent work so he returned it(when he went back) and bought a new one here and guesse what? it worked. and so i though its the same business with other consoles for example(if im rich) i wouldent buy a hundred TVs or Xboxes and sell them to peaople in australia(an Xbox pro in canada is 250$ but in australia its 500AU$/377CA$)
