Is PSN better the 360's live?

Quick Answer: No, not at the moment at least.

Only advantages that PSN has is that, you guessed it, its free. Also, PSN doesnt have things like "only gold members can download these exclusive demos" that 360 has, which is good.

On the bad side, not everyone has a bluetooth mic (mostly people that plays Warhawk has one, since BT Mic comes with the game) and the linking of the friends list to the game is very poorly done. For example, on COD4 for PS3, you have to exit the game all the way and add people onto your friends list on XMB (Cross Media Bar). On the other hand, on XBL, you can just press the GUIDE button and add them in an instant.

Im preety sure that PSN will be better and that when HOME comes out, we will finally see how PSN shines.

I have something to talk about. Some people may not agree with it, but thats ok. Let me start by saying that the PS3 will be the best system to come out. Far exceeding 360. Even though we still haven't seen what all 360 can accually do yet. But i dont think it will come close to PS3. But the thing that bothers me about Sony is that they would take one of their best selling RPG games and make a demo about it and get everyones hopes up that they were remaking it and then say they don't plan to remake it.( Final Fantasy 7) . . I mean people are still going to buy it even though they are doing this, but Hell, if you remade the came people would buy the system just for that alone. I garantee it would raise the sells. I personally think if you weren't going to remake it. Don't show it. I know it made a lot of the Final Fantasy fans upset. But I guess they have there reasons why they don't want to remake it. But i think its a mistake. Now on to the controller. Im not to thrilled about it. Yeah it looks good. But it also looks very uncomfortable. I could be wrong maybe it will feel better in your hands than it looks. But did you say that you will still be able to use the Dual Shock 2 still on the PS3? And the pricing i think it will be around $349 USD. Of course it will be alittle more than the 30. It's more powerful and Sony has to make a profit right. LOL...

These are my views... What do you think???

1) I agree that the PS3 would (I Hope) be better than XBOX 360. Hearing all of the reiews and previews on its games on E3 and G4, They all sum up that PS3 is far better than XBOX 360 and Nintendo Revolution. But! That does not stop anyone to buy the other consoles. Even though hardware is good, it all comes down to the gameplay.
2) I agree with your idea that SONY should not I REPEAT SHOULD NOT show something that they will not make. I really thought that Final Fantasy 7 was going to be remade with some special features on it. But it wasnt. I heard that they said they were not planning to remake Final Fantasy 7 in any way. I was upset X_X. Well, even though its the same game, WHO DOESNT WANNA SEE THE SUMMON KNIGHTS OF THE ROUND IN A NEXT GEN CONSOLE! LoL anyhow, I agree with you.
3) I kinda disagree with your thinking on the controller. Many reviews on the controller say that the controller feels great that you can play days and days on it. They say its comfortable. Although it may look kinda akward, I think that its gonna be comfortable. I mean, come on. They wont make a controller that will make your hand hurt in just a few hours.
4) The price...... hmm.... I kinda disagree. I have already replied about this. I think that its going to be somewhere around $400 or more. Since the hardware is fairly outstanding and the graphics card is phenomenal it should be around that range. Also, since the XBOX 360 (NOT THE CORE SYSTEM) costs $400 bucks, thinking that PS3 will be better than XBOX 360, it should be higher than its price.

(Q): Will the PlayStation 3 be $500-$600?

(A): NO. Sony's greedy, but not dumb. Anything over 400, 350 really, will completely flop. Look at the Sega Saturn. If Sony were to ask $500, people would just move to pc gaming. If you're going to spend that much, you may as well have upgradeable parts. Also, the ps3 is looking like its going to be released in Japan for the US equivalent of about $330. After checking the consumer price index, I found that $300 back in 200 (the year of the ps2's release), that $300 then is approximately $330 now.

Hmm.... i'm kind of sceptic about this concept of this. Since XBOX 360 costs around 400+ PS3 might cost equally OR above this. Realizing that PS3 have high-class hardware and design, it should be a bit pricey.
