I'm going to try to leave games unamed here, but do you think that a game's sales are made by the hype it creates or how good it actually is? I belive that the more hype a game has the more sales it will have compared to games that are as good if not better than the hyped ones. As an example I will put out H3 vs CoD4. After playing both I belive that CoD4 will be much better but it has far less hype and I feel that the game will go unseen to the majority of the people who would love this game the most.
