well, all... i believe i must stay in band.  i feel as if i have unfinished business.  sure, we will have our quarrels.  let them come.  i hope i can change the way the band operates, or at least feels, about a lot of things.  and i cannot do that from the outside.  as always, i hope some of you will debate with me on my decision.  but the ides have come, and i cannot leave.
