Before booking my flight to Los Santos, thought I'd share with everyone my thoughts regarding the Diablo III Console Demo that's available, for FREE, on Xbox 360 and PS3. Over the weekend I was bored and impatiently counting down the days, hours, minutes and seconds til GTA V was officially out. While on my Xbox Live account, I noticed that there was a demo for Diablo III; which I had already played and beaten on PC, but I decided to download it to kill some demons, time and see how much better or worse D3 is from the PC version. Been a Diablo fan ever since the franchise first came out back in the 90's and spent countless hours playing Diablo II over and over and over again. As most Diablo fans already know, the wait for D3 quite literally seemed to take forever and while it's a good game, like "The Dark Knight Rises"; it's just an inferior sequel. Never-the-less, I did enjoy playing the demo version of D3; it's 1.2 G's, so it's going to take a few minutes to download, but in return you get a few hours of fun and a free trip to Sanctuary. Once I got use to how everything worked, I was amazed how quick and easy it was to play D3 on my Xbox. In the demo, which is a rather decent helping; you get to pick any of the classes to play as which goes all the way up to Level 9, you can invite 1-3 friends over to play it with you and the demo goes all the way to the confrontation with the Skeleton King. If you're on the fence about whether or not to get D3 on console or always in the mood for something FREE; you owe it to yourself to DL and play the D3 Console demo.
