1st the Rockies. What can i say. If you follow baseball you know what the rockies did last year. If you don't ill break it down for you.... We looked as if we had no shot at the playoffs ok.. We find a hot spot.. we go on a great streak. we had a leauge best 20-8 run in september. We won our last 15 of 14 games in the regular season with 11 straight. We had to have a tie breaker game with the padres to see who would go to the playoffs. this was the most amazing (and first) baseball game i ever watched. The game went into the 13 inning tied 6-6 but the Padres hit a 2 run homer to make it 8-6. We came back with Matt Holliday scoring a contraversial run at the plate. We then Swept the Phillies and the Diamondbacks. Sadly we got swept by boston but we have proved ourselvs to the baseball comunity now as competitors. Despite terrific years Matt Holliday did not win MVP and Tulo did not win the Rokie of the year. It was a rip-off as tulo had only the Second Solo triple play ever, Not to metion outrageous statistics for a Rokie. in the offseason we have singned some of the most valuable players back to the team and one of the most interesting adds is Luis Vizcano who adds powerful strikeout capability to the bullpen as a relif pitcher who will problyy come in to set up either manny Corpas or Brian Fuentes two of our great closers. another interesting add is Jason Nix who adds a good defense to second base but at times can lack a bat. Our lineup will be one of the most feard in all the NL with with the highest batting average in the NL at .280.So whats next for the Rocks...... Victory

The nuggets on the other hand might not be bound for victory in the 08 season. They seem bound for greatness with the future HOFer Allen Iverson and Melo on thier team but they seem to lack enthusiasm. We have a great record with 35 wins and 23 losses but in a tough western conference a 0.603 winning record aint gonna get it done. We have a great roster we should be in the top 5 but we are 9th in total win percent in the western conference. We made no great moves by the trade deadline and with LA ppicking up Gassol and Pheonix picking up Shaq we could be dead in the playoff race. But with the talent we have with Camby under center (can be better then shaq if he wants to be) and Nene. With Melo and AI in the top 5 for points marcus camby #2 for rebounds and #1 for blocks you figure we'd be doing better but...... they kinda just play when they want to. Our teams lead in Tournovers.. Bu we also lead in steals and blocks so you know you think it would balence out but.... They kinda play when they want to. If Geogre Carl could get these guys to play when HE wants them to we might make the playoffs this year.

The Broncos..... the broncs.. All of denver was prettey embaresed this year when they finised. 1st of all we had a rarely mentiond tragady with darrent williams killed in a drive by in what was supposed gang violence on January 1st, 2007. He was at a club on New years eve that year. I woke up with a hangover and his death on my mind it was a horrible day for all of denver as alot of us felt this way. We also had another death in our 3rd string running back damien nash. It was a horrible off season that year. But it is a new year a new time. We finished the 07 season 7-9 the first time denver went under .500 in a coulple years. It was embaresing becasue we have so much talent. We have a still young and unexperienced quaterback in Jay Cutler im not convinced that he can get the job done but The Genius (not Bill Billicheck) Mike Shanahan seems to like him so ill leave it at that. We had a great brusing running back in Travis Henry but he had alot of injuries and some contraversy with Marijuana isusues that he was found not guitly for but it was distracting none the less. A couple bright spots that i saw on the offense were Brandon Marshall and Selvin Young. Marshall had a 1000-yard season and young had alot of impressive runs in the place of Travis henry. Brandon Stokly was a great slot reciver thats all that needs to be said. We are locked on tight ends with Danial Granm and Tony Schffler. On defense we should have been a power house. We had probly the Greatest secondary in the NFL with Champ Baily and 'Dre Bly at Conerback and The HOFer John Lynch at free safty. John Lynch might leave this year and our Strong Safty Position is kind of weak. We were HORRIBLE against the run ranking 30th against the run giving up 2,282 yards.... But there is a Bright spot on the D-Line Elvis Dumerville. He provided a great pass rush and got 12.5 sacks and 39 tackles. D.J. Williams our middle linebacker was second in the NFL in total tackles with 141. Our other stats were alright but certanly not the best. We have alot of talent and i hope to see it put to good use in the next season. We already let go of Javon Walker and Ian Gold in the past couple days Hopefuly we can make some good moves. R.I.P. Darrent Williams and Damian Nash.

The Avalance are our Hockey Team (if you diden't know). You see im not much of a hockey fan but when you live in an icey state like colorado with a team like colorado has. We have signed back Peter Foresburg and Adam Foote who along with the current team Captian Joe Sacic lead the team to Two stanly cups. In all hope for a riot in Denver we can hope they make it a Third.
