So I completed the online application for an ROTC scholarship a few weeks ago, and I met with the Memphis AF admissions officer to schedule an interview. I really think this is going to be awesome. I love the air force and the military in general, and through my experience in the Civil Air Patrol I already have an assload of training. Is it as good as the Academy? Certainly not. But both paths produce great Air Force officers. My brother will be an officer through the academy in 3 years and I will in 5. Now I just need to improve my ACT a few points and let the adventure begin:)
