Does anyone else experience a glitch during the pot-game stats screen in Madden? I took my first copy back to see that the second copy had the same problem. Pretty sure its a big-time problem with most copies but just wanted to see if maybe I'm the most unlucky guy in the world. Also if this true, is there any idea that maybe EA will put up a patch on PSN any time soon? Thanks.

I believe not. The only problem that I had with the game was the frame rate (running at 30fps as opposed to 60fps on the 360) which is slightly noticeable. If you are not familiar with the framerate problem an example would be that I'd hit the receiver button and there would be a slight delay in the time that Ipressed it and the time the quaterback lets go of the ball. Graphically speaking it is the same as the 360 version and is the most beautiful football game I've ever played. Obviously, the game modes aren't going to be as in depth as the PS2 version but other than the game's framerate it is the exact same game as the 360. I would most definitely get it. The kids won't even tell the difference and you may enjoy it as much as the 360 version. Hope this helped.

Hello. I was wondering what I should do regarding purchasing a wireless adapter for my router for my PS3. As it is now my connection strength is much too weak to play online and I can only connect to the internet using my wireless router connection from across the house. Any ideas about whether or not there are good wireless adapters on the market that I can use or do I just need to buy a better wireless router? As of now my signal strength is 45% and I'm only about 30 ft. from the router. However, it is in the basement. So should it be moved upstairs? Thanks for the insight.

Hello to all,

I am determining what PC to buy next and saw that one processor from one computer had 1.86GHz, 4 MB L2 Cache, and 1066Mhz FSB, while the other had all the same except only 2MB L2 Cache. Therefore, I was wondering how much difference this 2 MB of difference would make in gaming and performance. Furthermore, these two PC's are the New Dell 720 Black and the other is the Dell XPS 410 Desktop in case anyone wants to tell which one is better (720 Black is brand new so good luck). In addition, it isinteresting to note that the 2MB L2 Cache processor is on the more expensive model (720 Black) which to me doesn't make much sense. I was wanting to buy the720 model but didn't know if it was even a better computer than the other. Your amazing insight would very much help me because I am very much ignorant when it comes to the technical aspects of computers. Thanks.

The 720 is 400$ more with 2MB less in cache. Doesn't make much sense huh?

Hello to all. I was just wondering if there was any way to bypass connecting to the SportsConnect thingie in order to use the downloadable roster update. In other words, can you use the roster update to make it your default roster? Often times I forget to connect to SportsConnect and find myself playing games with the outdated default roster in the game. I'm sure you sports fans can understand this as updated rosters are like a gift from god as opposed to outdated rosters. Also, just wanting to ask if there is any way that the roster updates include or will include the inclusion of new players (e.g. Roger Clemens) or is it just simply player movement via minor league to major league or interleague. Finally, can someone explain to me why Barry Bonds has been absent from baseball games since the late 90's. The last game I remember him in was All Star Baseball for the N64. I always wondered this but never remembered to ask. Figuredyou gamer/sport fans would know. Thanks alot.

Can someone please explain this Folding @ Home program for me.  I've heard bout how it is being used as cancer research, but don't quite understand the processes involved.

Thanks again.

Just wondering if the game contained the lame cut scene of people going to the concession stands and leaving the bathroom at the beginning of each individual game that we have come to see in every 2K sports game.  I wouldn't have a problem with it if the developers spent just a little time on working with the character models as opposed to them looking like creations from the original playstation.  I was just asking because I played the 2K7 baseball game and they had the same thing.  One would think that if these sequences looked so bad why they would even be included in the game.  This won't affect my purchase of the game, but it is simply a pet peeve of mine.  Anyone else have a similar one or am I just crazy?
