In the city that I live, there was a lot of destroyed buildings, many churches, houses, and the train station are included. Many towns and cities near the coast were devastated and almost disappeared, these include: Iloca, Constitución, Curanipe, Dichato, Tomé, and many others. Bigger cities like Concepción, Talca, Curicó (I live there)and Talcahuano were severely damaged, and some of them have no electricity and water. There are many people robbing, burning and devastating in Concepción, and the help is coming slowly. There are 723 deceased so far, and many people are disappeared, too.

I'm just thinking, could some medicine company totally get up it's own A** and try to take over the world with viruses? We all know what Resident evil is about. Im not sure, but i think that a C major chord is played from the 5th string, but you are right, the root doesnt have to be the lowest note on the chord.

Thats right, but when you play the C major chord you dont have to play that E, but you can add that E or a G and its still a C major chord as you just said. My english not good.
