I disagree on GTA IV, my PC runs it at about the same settings as Gamespot is saying but the Xbox 360 version looks easily better from my personal experience. Primarily it's the antialiasing. The patch fixed the frame rate issues for the most part but there is NO antialiasing which severely detracts from the visual quality; you just can't tell from a screenshot. In the last screenshot the trees are clearly superior but notice how the steps and curb look abysmal. It makes my no-no zone weep.
