yes i knew that. But you can still watch youtube videos on it. so you save them to your psp ? Yeah. You can save youtube video to your PSP. You can download any Youtube video you want at mediaconverter.org . Just be sure you download the video as an mp4.
Also, one issue I had was getting the videos to work. It turned out I had to make a folder called VIDEO to store my videos.
