I was wondering when do you get the 12 month subscription when you pre-order Mario Maker 2 physical bundle? Do you get immediately when you pre-order or do you have to wait until it comes out?

Fallout 76 and Spider-Man are both $40 for this Black Friday Weekend. And im still thinking which one should I rather buy? Now I’m more into multiplayer games and games that I can play with my friends, so I thought maybe fallout, because it looks very interesting and fun. But hearing bad reviews about fallout 76 makes wanna think twice about getting it. So that leads me to my second option which is Spider-Man. Now after watching many trailers and some gameplay of Spider-Man, I think the game looks very beautiful and awesome. But for some reason I never finish single player story games. I try to motivate myself to Finish them, but I never do. So please help on which game I should buy. Thank you
