It's not and important discussion in the slightest. If videogames were considered works of high art that could belong in any museum right now at this very moment, it wouldn't make the games any better or more fun than they are right now.

My fighting games tastes are always changing but man I loved me some Melty Blood back in the day. Blazblue:CS is probably my current favorite at the moment though.
I'm not a huge fan of morality systems because they're always so black and white; you're either kicking puppies or saving puppies. I guess that's cool if you want to roleplay as a jerk or some kind of reincarnation of jesus, but I don't see things in black and white and I doubt the average player does too. Some games do morality systems well like The Walking Dead, but for the most part it's just choosing between a hamfisted red or blue dialogue tree.
