I'm a hermit, I dont own any console but for some odd reason btn PS3 and 360, I tend to feel more attached to the 360, I guess I feel like lemmings are my brothers as we have more in common, PC and 360, it's just the way I feel

Hi everyone, I need your advice, I have been gaming for the past two years on my inspiron 1520 laptop, I wanted to get a new system soon, what I really want is a gaming PC, however I'm a HUGE fan of the GTA games and I really want to play GTA 4 and enjoy it at it's best performance, problem is I heard the PC version is a terrible port, I don't know if it is possible to run GTA 4 at maximum settings even on a very powerful PC, and I'm not sure how bad the bugs are...I just hear a lot of negative remarks about the PC version, so do you know if this is true? Will I need to get a console to enjoy GTA 4? cant decide PC or PS3/360
