Before I get into what I came away with on my experience with the Wii, I have to say Wii's are still very hard to come by. When we did actually find one, we drove back to my house and fired that thing up. My friend mainly bought it for the impending release of Mario Party 8. When we got it up and running we got Wii play in there. It was alright. Not very fun after a few plays. Trying not to be too harsh on the poor thing, I held off judgement until we played some Rayman Rayman Raving Rabbids. I was astounded with it. It is very entertaining because of its ultra, House of the Dead, esque levels. I by far, had the most fun with those stages. At a distant second I have to say I also enjoyed the dance floor game.
After 2 solid days of playing around with the Wii store and the other various Wii channels ex. Weather, Everyone Votes, and the Opera browser I have to say that I'm charmed by its neat factor. It is a very unique system, I'll give it that. Now here is what matters in the end. as of now do I belive the Wii is worth my money? No. Why? It simply doesn't have any real "meat and potato" games that are a must buy. I also can't help like I can't stop feeling like I'm a child when I play on it.
Have a good one...
