Anyone using any third party apps on the xbox 360 or the ps 3 your info is already being somewhat shared as it is. Double check all of your EULA (end user license agreement) for the apps and all of the xbox and sony ones as well. So to me its no biggie, I am sure when we read the EULA for the ONE and the 4, we will see much of the same, sony is just keeping theirs a secret so far!

@MrMojoRisin70 Yeah lets over look the thing at the end, $ony's PlayStation 4 will automatically record the last 15 minutes of gameplay, which players can then edit and share with their friends through the DualShock 4's new "Share" button. It is not clear if the PS4's video recording functionality will capture the moment a player unlocks a trophy.
It should now and for ever be known as "The Xbox One+80"! still my console of choice. I think some of the changes make it a better console for the consumer. But that is just MHO!!
I think they are doing the right thing by adding a game packed in with the delayed x1 in these areas but they should have been a little more realistic in their global vision, look how fast the U.S. and Canada had to RE-fill the pre orders. Unfortunately they may lose quit a bit of sales due to this but in my opinion the consumer will be the ones losing the most in this situation, PS4 and Xbox One are both going to be great consoles and if this changes their minds on buying one they might lose the next Gen experience they were looking forward to so much.
Why is it so hard for everyone reading this to see that this is in your (the consumers) favor? If you are not interested in playing a game on the 360 or ps3 and want to wait for the next gen version then do so. But stop complaining about something that doesnt even apply to you, just because you dont comprehend the concept.
@telaros Games like COD Ghosts, BF4, Assassins Creed Black flag, and possibly others to be announced are going to be on current, and released on the next gen consoles as well. This is just a way for you the consumer to NOT have to dole out the 40 to 50 bucks for another season pass (if you decide to buy one anyways) if you decide to play said game on the next gen consoles and still have all the DLC you paid for!
@Yamakoichi Did you read the article at all? Microsoft today announced the Season Pass Guarantee program, which will allow those who purchase a downloadable content pass for select Xbox 360 games to download the Xbox One equivalent at no extra cost. (equivalent= season pass)
