Is there a way to always avoid killing enemies when using a gun to neutralize them? I wanted to neutralize enemies by shooting at them without killing them in The Heist mission. I don't have any mods or Pax (not that I checked). I've notice they don't always remain alive when I give the shot to their legs that brings their health to zero.

After completing 40% of this side quest, do I need to progress further into the main story missions for Nightwing to update me on the next location? Or do some other missions or side stuff? Thank you in advance

Can anybody tell me where I can find mines with gold ore veins that replenish every 10 days? I know there are some that take 30 days but I wanted the ones that replenish sooner

Does higher accuracy increase the chance of or get your more successful shots on the targeted limbs of enemies rather than miss them when you use the V.A.T.S abiltiy with ranged weapons on them?
