in my opinion the 360 is superior in many ways to the likes off the ps3, for starters the games officially for xbox are miles better than the ones on ps3 and secondly the live is immensly greater than ps3s version because of the marketplace and just the layout of it all. plus there is plenty more people who have the 360 so more chance that you can get a match quick on a game.
if you think snes or nes are the best consoles out your living in the past yes i agree they were ace but i emphasise the "were" strongly. they simply cannot compare to the big dogs of this generation things have moved on alot since 2d so i think you should get a grip on reality hahah.
