I have to say that it's not bad. The remote comes with a small instruction book and 2 AA batteries. The button configurations at the top of the remote are similar to the old PS2 dvd remote so all of you who had it should be familiar with it. The button quality is great the push in and out with minimal fuss and don't have a cheap feeling to them. Setup was a snap, a few clicks and button presses and the whole thing was done less then a minute and a half. Interestingly you can power on the PS3 from standby using any button on the remote. Overall I'm pretty happy with it now that I don't have to use my SIXAXIS to control the Blu-ray/DVD functions. If you're using the PS3 as your Blu-ray/DVD movie player then this is a must have.
