Well, as I might have mentioned, what bruoght me into videogames was the giant wave of Pokémon. More accurately Pokémon Blue, a Gameboy Color and a friend who told me about it in the first place. One or two years later I bought my friends pokémon Red and found myself owner of both versions. But the same year I lost my copy of Pokémon Blue. We searched and searched, but we couldn't find it. I was by then perhaps nine years old and had got some other games for the GBC anyway, so I eventually stopped caring that much. Every now and then I got nostalgic about it, since Blue was my first game in terms of Videogames and perhaps my first of all games (not sure if I got AoE before or afterwards). I would play Pokémon Red sometimes, but it was not quite the same thing.
   So last year I wen't to a shop selling retro games and bought a pre-owned pokémon Blue. That was great and all, but still, my first game.
   But in january this year my mother went to my grandma's house to help her clean up before moving to another house and when she came home she had brought our old pokémon Blue. It had lied behind a wardrobe for five or six years and was rusty inside and on the backside. I cleaned it up a bit and tried, in my wrecked GBA to make sure my GBC wouldn't be damaged by the corrosion. And it worked!
