They're practically indistinguishable, honestly who will notice these things while playing DIRT?

PS3 doesn't have that slightly whitened look to the game, so it looks crisper (you can see this most in Arkham Asylum) but overall the difference isn't great.

GS you're ignoring the very big fact that your old games won't work, and that makes this most certainly NOT worth it.
