Is anyone else unable to connect to an xbox live party? It wont let me connect to a party with one of my friends on live. Any possible explanations? Thanks!

I am looking to buy a DS Lite (I own a normal DS) and I was wondering if the new blue or new red DS Lite are upgraded at all from the white one. Is there any difference between them other than the color?
Also, should I wait until Nintendo comes out with another color? Anyone know of any colors that are going to be released soon?
Thanks!
[QUOTE="DKII"]No online = No buy, I'll just wait for Mario Party 9 next year. ;>DarkMagik9
I'm in the same boat as you, no online means no purchase for me.
its kinda sad how people NEED online to play a great game... ::sigh::
It's a 10 dollar game.i agee 100%. i noted in a previous Topic that people expected it to be an epic game, like Zelda. but it really just helps people get used to the Wii-mote, and its many different controls you can use. just like Wii Sports.
It's not meant to be a huge masterpiece, it's not supposed to be an epic adventure with memorable characters that will span countless hours of your daily lives with a rich and fulfilling story.
It's an add on that let's people use the Wiimote in more of an unconventional sense.
While Wii Sports showed you motions that are normally thought of as common practice, Wii Play offers up using the Wiimote in new ways.
Wii Play isn't a bad game, the problem comes from people not understanding what it's meant to be.
Wii Sports wasn't a free game, it was included with the Wii console for a slightly higher price (it goes for a little over 40 dollars US in places that didn't get it included) so the idea that these two games should be compared is nonsense. Apples and oranges. If you understand what Wii Play is and what it accomplishes it's not a bad game by any measure.Jaysonguy
it was for the first 10 minutes, then got very boring, and has been collecting dust for a month.thefmanyou played Zelda, Monkeyball, WiiSports, Wario Ware and NFS in 10 min? Wow. Your missing out.
Everyone was hoping it would be better but we knew it wasn't going to be much to start with.jdmpastor
id have to agree. did everyone really expect this game to be like SSBB? it certainly seemed like it. the whole purpose of Wii Play was to show off what the Wii Mote can do, and get players used to different controls; just like Wii Sports. It obviously isnt going to be an epic game like Zelda, so everyone chill out, and shoot some billiards with Wii Play.
