To the best of my knowledge, the game that was delayed was an FPS (First Person Shooter). That game is said to have had a rather tumultuous development. This game on the other hand is a strategy game (turn based to the best of my knowledge) that has not been delayed.

yeah.it have not delayed.it will release on 9 Oct in USA,12 Oct in EU and AU.All the players are waiting for it.
European versions often gets released the Friday after the US release date.
