Final Fantasy XIII was just pure crap to me and didn't deserve the Final Fantasy name. It was linear and the story was just waaaay too hard to follow. I played through half the game before I sold it, I still have no idea what was going on in that game.

Watch for the height as well as a 12.5 mm will not fit in a PS3. It has to have a 9.5 mm height which I think only 2 1TB hard drives have that height, one is a western digital and the other is a samsung. The samsung is cheaper but I hear it fails a lot.

By the way the link you posted is for a 12.5mm hdd which won't fit in the ps3. Best Buy will not have the hdd you are looking for. Look on newegg

Well I know for sure it can read 1TB from what I've heard from other people. Now that most retail games are becoming digital I am going to need a lot more space.

I was thinking of getting a 3TB HDD for my PS3 and hooking it up with a SATA cable. Has anyone done this and can confirm that the PS3 will read it? My 500 GB is full and I have been deleting stuff for a while now and I am tired of doing that.

Has anyone used a SATA cable to hook up a HDD bigger than 1TB in their PS3? I would like to know if the PS3 can read up to 3TB because if it can then that is what I am getting.

As long as you are still a plus member you will always be able to redownload any games that were offered for free with ps+, as long as you downloaded Them while they were free

I got the 55" Bravia and I am loving it. The only problem is the lack of 3D games and movies, but there is quite a bit coming out this year. In my opinion, it's worth it but if you're anything like me, if you have even a single doubt, then you should wait. I bought my TV because I had the money and it was something I have been wanting for a while. If you wait a couple more months the prices will go down.

I'm a little bored and wanted to know what size HDD's people have in their PS3's. I bought the 80 GB with software emulation and upgraded the HDD to 320Gb. Which is great by the way because now i don't have to worry about deleting stuff to fit more stuff on there. I've had the PS3 for about 1.5 years and still have 175 GB left, that's with my entire music collection and most of the rock band and guitar hero dlc.
