It's not an Xbox One fail. It's not a PS4 win. This is just a failure on the part of the developer. Why do you have the need to constantly put values on things and constantly stomp that other thing, whatever it is? Why not enjoy and appreciate both?

I just can't believe how mentally deranged some of you are.

This game just makes me happy when I see it. It's really just cheerful, full of colors and humor. Reminds me of the good old days when games had less blood & drama and more great times & general fun.

@telaros @Adavanter No, it's not bloom. Bloom is a composite filter that emulates the scattering of light inside the eye or the "overload" of CCDs of cameras causing them to "bleed light" into neigbour cells, creating a glow around the object (it's a sensor defect, but it adds to human perception of reality), the way it works that is that it is usually applied to the high-precision render target prior to tone mapping where bright objects can be singled out and then apply a Gaussian kernel ( a convolution of the image with it ) to create the glow. It is overused in the industry, but this is not it.

This is the difference between gamma related calculations on the two consoles where PS3 had to cater to a specific gamma curve of older displays, which game review sites never correct for.
