I remember some boards requiring the PCI-E to be overclocked in order to keep up with the overclock. I am pretty sure it's safe if it's around the 110 range and anything higher isn't.
yes, keeping the pcie frequency at 100 i can raise the fsb by only 20MHz from stock(200*10), to go any higher, a higher pcie freq is a must...i've tried keeping the pcie frequency to auto, in that case i can go upto 2.6 GHz from the stock 2GHz, but as per clockgen my pcie frequency becomes 112 n pci about 37, pc doesnt post above 2.6GHz...
