gess what IT WORKED!!! but....if there is something good there must be something bad and the bad thing is that every time i try to load a map in MP i hear an error sound and i can't get back to desktop and it forces me to manualy restart my pc any help on this one?

i have the 1.2 Version and 2008 directX 9 from Nov (Latest) i readed a bit about it and people say i might need to reinstal my drivers from 180.x to 178.x

alright so my friend had COD 5 and he used the key to instal the game so he only play's the single player so he gived me the game with the key and sed that i can try to play the multiplayer cuz he dosen't ever logged in the MP so i used the key and it say'd i have a vailed key and blah blah blah so when i entered the game i sow that im using his name on Profile so i tride to join a game but it sayed that some on is already using this CD key so i go'd to profiles and created a new profile first it sed Can't Create Profile or something like this but when i pressed Ok i saw that it did create a New Profile so i used the new profile and tride to join a game and it sed that i need to download an update! so im downloading the update right now
so i want to know will it let me play the MP? cuz it diden't say that some one is using the key on the new profile so i REALLY REALLY hope it will work please help me

i run with ad-aware and AVG 8 full scans and now i wait but is there any other way to clean?
