you be surpise. we could do uncanny valley level of graphics. its possible. but when you apply real world physics into a game... that when you have to knock down the graphic.
their a reason why it takes super computer to do some basic physic test.
@bababooey12: issue is last gen was mostly 2k rez for games. they barly used 4k which is really 2k asset none compress for their 4k checker board consoles.
even next gen size will be a issue. it has been since ever single gen from 360 and up.
