Dont get me wrong I dont have a problem with canned laughter in Sitcoms Seinfeld had them and to me they were used when they were required. I get more irriated when teh laugh track is used in unfunny situations and jokes.
For Example any scene regarding nerd culture in The Big Bang Theory and in Two and a Half Men.
Swamp Thing and Animal Man huh? I'll check em out. Aquaman has always seemed like a lame superhero to me but if his books good then I'll check it out too. Also isn't the Kid Flash in TT Wally?Well for me the new 52 for some titles have been hit. For titles like Batman and the recently concluded Court of Owls storyline the major twist in the ending to me wouldnt have never happened if it wasnt for the Reboot, the comics belonging to the Bat Family like Nightwing, Batgirl overall benefitted from it.
Another strong contender that beniffted from the New 52 was the Dark aka the Supernatural part of the DC universe like Swamp Thing, Justice League Dark , but the biggest beneficerary is Animal Man .Basically put they made a D list hero into a A Lister. Give Animal Man and Swamp Thing a shot if you are into horror comics but buy them together .
The other comics that beniffeted from the reboot is Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern , Action Comics, Supergirl, etc. But the biggest winner in my book is AQUAMAN, I am not joking if there was any character that beniffted most from the reboot its him. The writer Geoff Johns right from the start wrote one of the best stories in comics and redeems the character from a joke status. The comic was so good it outsold every Marvel title for 6 months in row. Give it a read.
But some comics did suffer overall from the Reboot like The Teen Titans ( keep reading the series you will see), Character Retcons like Tim Drake , Missing fan favorite characters like Cassandra Cain, Renee Montoya , Wally West ( he was one of the The Flash).
I can discuss more indepth about this but I am afraid that I would have to go into heavy spoiler terrotory here.
Sorry about the typos.Capitan_Kid
Yep he Kid Flash. This was also the FLash that was in the Justice League Cartoons and a lot of people including me grew up with him as The Flash.

Are you talking about Batman's brother? He was mentioned in the old continuity
Oh yeah. I know about Thomas Wayne jr and Willowood, Owlman. I am also referencing Dick Graysons connection to Court Of Owls.

All the Suggestions here are great and you can find this comics in Comixology. I personally suggest the following though
Batman :- Scott Snyder
Swamp Thing :- Scott Snyder and Animal Man :- Jeff Lemire ( If you are into Horror Comics )
Aquaman :- Geoff Johns ( No seriously this one of the best comic book out there give it a shot you will not regret it )
Green Lantern :- Geoff Johns
From Marvel ( you are in luck they rebooted thier comics a 1 month ago and you can start new though some books they havent rebooted )
DareDevil :- Mark Waid ( Though you have to hunt for Collection or TPB for these as this is one of the comis they havent rebooted)
All New Xmen :- Brian Michael Bendis
Aveners :- Jonathan Hickman
Captian America :- Rick Remember
Hope that helps but no matter what you decide you read it is a good time to jump though for the DC and Marvel Reboots and for finding the old comics Digitally .
Favorite Hero :- Swamp Thing
Favorite Villain :- The Rot
Seriously check out the new Swamp Thing and Animal Man comics for The Rot. Never before had I got scared while reading a comic.
It should definetly we a sequel. Based on the stuff side mission. The following are spoilers
Based on what the Watcher Azrael said about a new threat coming . All roads lead to the Black Glove. This was a group that tried numerous ways to kill Batman. Also Hush and Potential Scarecrow Involment leads to that also. As in the comics Hush and Scarecrow once worked together as Master and Mentor figure to hunt the Batman. Also Other Bat Family Characters were involved in the story arc and helped Batman in different ways. I would be surprised if Rocksteady didnt follow that arc. For more reference read the Batman RIP storyline as it goes more in depth
The above spoilers would introduce a new villain and can move on without the Joker.
ANIMAL MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Okay maybe not the current arc with Jeff Lemire which more of a horror novel but I bet with a good script Animal Man can be a good movie. I love Batman, collected his comics, have games based on the character but they should really give it a rest and put the film franchise on shelves for atleast 10 to 12 years and work on other DC properties like the Flash, Wonder Woman, Animal Man, etc.
For me its without a doubt Total Non Stop Action. The story lines are bizzare, there are good talent there but not used properly, it also feels like WCW 2.0.
Another show I cant stand watching though ( this is an unpopular opinion) How I met your mother. I am simply amazed how low the quality of each episodes have become these days and how much can they milk a show where a guy tells his kids how he met his mother.
