I am on my 2nd Halo 3 disk in the last 2 years. The first one was scratched in the xbox and died. I just found out that this disk can't load the campaign any longer (just as I wanted to try Legendary difficulty), but it still boots up the game properly and plays multiplayer. My question is this: If I rent out Halo 3 from blockbuster or somewhere, save the game to my HD, and return it, will I be able to launch H3 from my disk (the one that doesn't play campaign)? Help would be much appreciated.
