Video Game Theory

The next person your hear slip out the phrase a video game is "just a game", or "cheap entertainment" are really underestimating the whole concept behind the eyes of the creators. A video game, is a work of art; just like a novel, or a film. However, a video game is entirley interactive, and therefore you become a part of the art work itself. Aside that, a video game is a much larger outlet for someone with more creativity to create a novel or film, because frankly things are more possible. I believe a video game is the best way for someone to get thier point across with not many stops. You combine the face of two people, the body of another, the personality of another, and the voice of another. Therefore making a perfect character the creater exactly wanted made from five different people. I hope to see the day when video games are sold in a store right next to the movies shelves and the books shelves. I even hope to see a game cover perfectly on display in an art museum within a glass case. This isn't just a game or cheap entertainment. This, is a piece of art. Cheers.
