So anyway I went to the gym last night. It was only for 30 min. I just did some cardio and then sat in the sauna. Thats it but it was a great step. I have been on a fast where I eliminate something. I am a desert junkie so I gave those up and red meat. It has been great actually and I dont have insane cravings. It has been a great task to take on. I have been eating steady and actually I have not been overeating. I used to binge on drugs and usually binge on everything from food to shopping to excercise but I have been very good since I started the fast. I dont use drugs anymore and that has been a blessing and a half.
