This is driving me crazy. I am going to be one of those old people with major back problems. I am worried that it will never get better and I am 31. It really sucks but There are things I can do to help it. I need to start surfing again. I haven't surfed in 2 years but have bodyboarded some. I just got a longboard since VA beach is weak. I will end up getting a Al Merick shortboard at some point. It just sucks because I am doing a tile job for this lady and it is kicking my @ss.
