If I could get it for under 140,000 yeah I would get it but it will not work out for about 5 years if I did it. It will sell for 175,000 if it is fully renovated, as is maybe 155,000. At 155,000 you would have to put at least 20,000 to set it up, so a resell would do nothing but loose you money and a rental would cause you a negative cash flow. The mortgage would be anywhere from 1100 a month to 1300 a month which would loose you about 300 a month since rents for a extra bedroom and 200 square feet more is getting 925. So no dice.
