so I went and checked out this house. It needs some, no lots of work. It will need a new heat/ac pump, new windows, the crawl space needs a moisture barrier, there is a room full of mold the bathroom needs to be completely redone. It is so dated and just on its last leg. Now the deal is can I get it at a price that I can make workable. I will let you know.
