damn where the hell do u live those are really high prices for ds games but anyway, if i were u i would take the deal but before u do ask for a price drop, if he dosent drop the price buy it any way.
it was way better than nsmb and it actually gave me a challenge that i hadnt found in any other games. the controls work very well and really impressed me since it was the first ds game i had ever played, i have yet to play a game that has such good gameplay.

Metroid prime hunters uses mic when ur in the lobby with friends and the quality of the sound is pretty good too. and u can just use the built in mic to talk so u dont really need the new ds headset
though i disagree with the pokemon comments u are right about the ds needing more action/adventure games. But if u didnt know there will be Brothers in Arms on the ds (hopefully wifi), Touch the dead (don't use the perverted part of ur brain when u read the game title) and Zelda so dont get to down about the ds not having good action games.
