thats why i stray away from pre-ordering except if its a game like gears of war 2 or halo

Here where i live in Puerto rico when i pre-order i always get what i pay for.like i reserved halo 3 legendary edition and i got it no prob and the exact day it came out. but remenber its always a mystery if you get what you paid for or not. that really sucks you shouldnt send a complaint.

and if that would have happened to me it be pissed me of too.
