im down for you little homie, im gonna buy this cause i think its tight as hell. I played all the classes except the bioengineer and so far all the other classes were pretty tight. im not down for the hole commando thing tho im a close up kind a person not that puss far away distance crap.

But yeah this game is definatley a buy for me.

They CAN use the cell for graphics, but if they do, they can't use the RSX for graphics, they can't use both. (Unless, obviously they're using the normal cell for general computing, and the RSX for graphics, otherwise the RSX would sit idle.)

Even with cruise control you still have to steer...

when a new system is out, the first wave of games that come out though looking good are nowhere near the quality of games that are released later in the life of the console... So we still have to wait maybe in 2009 the 3rd wave of games will give us a real glimpse at the PS3's power... Also an example is Uncharted, guess no last-gen console can ever dream of producing such visuals... (well not even a next-gen console like Wii :P )

But to be fair technically you have to judge not only the looks of the game but how its running... I think getting a game running at 60fps with high-res visuals, with long distance vistas and screen full of thing going on is already a great achievment..

Killzone 2 can't rival Crysis running on a 6000 dollar computer, but for a 400 dollar console it comes pretty dam close! :D

E8400/8800GT(or a 8800GTS (512)) can run Crysis on very high

E8400 - $200

8800GT 512 - $200-250 (8800GTS 512=280-290)

P35 mobo - $90

What about RAM, a sound card, network card, case, power supply, windows xp/vista, hard drive(s) and probably an extra fan?

I said under $1000, that adds up to half that, the other half is obviously for RAM/PSU/CASE/FAN/HDD/etc
