So I heard this guy was probably a fan of Call of Duty ( latest Modern Warfare titles). Any source on it?

Mlaa is a post-processing effect and looks like poop, it just rubs the screen/edges around a few times around and hopes you dont mind textures that look like they just drank a 6-pack of natural light. FXAA, same crap other name.
And if you want to play PC exclusives like Battlefield3, Stalker, Diablo 3 and The Old Republic get a PC.
Easy choice.

Yeah, with it's unbelievable RAM requirements under a Deferred Renderer and its massive performance hit to do 4xMSAA, not to mention the fact that it is completely and utterly broken in UE3 because UE3 does all of the post processing after it resolves the MSAA samples(thus undoing 95% of the work that the MSAA is doing).
Yeah, lets just sign right up for 4xMSAA despite the fact that it is a steaming pile of **** for a game that renders things the ways the Gears of War 3 is....
I can force 8x MSAA trough Ati Control Panel and UT3 get's smoothed out nice and sharp. Don't know what you are talking about. The UE gen definately recognize AA.
Fallout 3 with 24x edge detect AA, eat that :D
