currently, i'm on windows vista. when i log on my computer, my computer suddenly says that windows explorer has a problem and is restarting. the entire computer doesn't restart but just the explorer. i have to go into the windows task manager and manually end the process of explorer. this is very inconvinent. i did a norton antivirus scan which is up to date but it says no viruses are available. help?!??!

shuts off every like 5 minutes? Every 5 minutes, it'll turn off for like 10 seconds. This sucks while I'm playing like WoW because everything stops and I can't do anything. Its really annoying.

God, I'm so confused on which patch I'm supposed to download. And I refuse to use Blizzard downloader. It says I have version 2.0.0.6080. Can someone please simply link the one I'm supposed to download?!!!
