Looks really neat. Even the gimmicky stuff is alright. Just not a fan of their lineup. Really not much interesting for me. Even the From Software game looks phoned in as hell. And it seems to be heavily multiplayer focused. Big meh. Honestly, the big one is the upgraded Tears of the Kingdom. Haven't played that one and was specifically waiting for something like this. But that's one old game. Metroid 4 is another one, actually. Was also expecting something from Xenoblade Chronicles X, but maybe (hopefully) that comes later. Working on that 4K/60fps.

The pricings are bad, but also whatever since everyone's going in on it. Including the Iranian grocer close by. Plus my day one purchases are only for stuff I'm really interested in. Like Dynasty Warriors and Earth Defense Force.

Feels more like a Switch Pro. I'm gonna wait and pick one up down the line. Maybe when it's cheaper, too. Not that the price bothers me much. Maybe they'll have a 3DS situation on their hands, but I really doubt that.

I also enjoyed Nintendo having an entire segment dedicated online chatting options in the year 2025.

@Macutchi: Yup. Mind you, it's still an AC open world game, so the tightness/variety you'd get in a linear level based stealth game isn't quite here. Doesn't stop me having a good time with all of this though. Yasuke is also good fun, and it's obvious he's the one you play with if you can't be bothered with the stealth or just want to switch it up. Lenghthy open world game, afterall.

And Ubisoft should make another Splinter Cell game. Like you said, they've botched up enough. Expensive-ass games being entirely wasted. Just make a level based (like blacklist perhaps) game with a great stealth campaign. A co-op campaign and spies vs merc multiplayer. Use the technology we have now to enhance and expand upon mechanics. Program the hell out of your AI. I'll be there.

And get Ironside back. Dude's been doing alright after kicking multiple cancers to the curb. One last Sam.

The Witcher 3. I like all witcher games. 3 felt the most wholesome.

Cyberpunk is whatever. Weak characters and story. Didn't care for the world, either. Keanu was awful.

It's pretty good, so far. Naeoaoaoeaoe is awesome to play with. The way she animates and gets around. Haven't played with Yasuke since the intro. I was kinda whatever towards another feudal japan style game, but Naoe being this kunoichi where the gameplay focuses on stealth makes this feel a bit fresher. Not to mention it works really well with the setting.

The amount of stealth stuff in this is great. Crouch/prone. Light and dark, eliminating light sources (blowing out candles ct style), noise comes more into play with knocking over objects, environmental stuff like flooring. Many ways of approaching or getting around AI or obstructions. The AI isn't half-bad either. They react morer to your actions. Took me a while a to get used to all of this stuff being in there. I've gotten so used to the run from bush of invinsibility to bush of invisibility just to get to my objective. But the puzzle element of stealth is way more present in this game, making it more fun.

Glad to see they've committed to making this AC a stealth game compared to the 35 other installments.

From what I remember, back when I was a kid kid. My dad took some computers from his workplace. We had two of those. Vague memories of playing stuff like Mortal Kombat, Duke3D, Red Alert. Remember my brother explaining how to boot them in DOS.

I knew Yasuke was gonna be a problem as soon as I read about his limitations. Not interested in switching back and forth between characters to grab some chest on a rooftop or whatever.

They should've just made them both equal, like they did in Syndicate. Yes, Jacob was stronger, and Evie was stealthier, but both had the same abilities and moveset when it came to gameplay and open world navigation.

I feel like the Yasuke stuff is gonna feel tacked on and out of place. The kind of missions you rush through to get back to the core experience. Bleh. Releases tomorrow. Can see and complain then.

Have played a bit in the weekend. Ghost style. Still looks great. I'm gonna pick it up eventually. Already got Shadows as my lengthy game and I played this already. Kinda hoping Shadows is boring, so I can continue playing this.

I sub to ubi+ to play ubislop. Wonder what the stealth is like. Bit of tenchu rooftop creeping under a full moon would be nice.

@R4gn4r0k: Definitely do missions for shady people, all over. I hardly remember any of the characters from 5. And it's one of the things I missed in that game.

2.5/5 or something.

Wanna see the world and such. Just weary of a post gta5 multiplayer microtransactions is our new bible type game. Hope I'm wrong, but I feel like RDR2 was their last true Rockstar game.
