Like others have said, no problems with an 8 but with the way the review sounded(especially at the end) it makes it seem like a candidate for indie game of the year heck even game of the year and there is nothing but praise. Only thing this is doing is decreasing the overall score for the developers with no justification. Just a little feedback
@Mr_Spotswood NOBODY has a problem with an 8 but this reviewer has ALWAYS been the one person on gamespot who always seem to be at the center of a controversial review.
I much preferred Bad Company 1/2 over Battlefield 3. Hopefully after 4 is done they will go back to this. One of the very very few single player fps stories that I enjoyed
Main stream media covers the E3 press conferences and reports on them for the non hardcore gamer. E3 press conferences are televised to millions. I don't see many undecided/casual gamers going online to watch a nintendo direct nor do I see CNN/Yahoo etc covering one of those. You make valid points but it seems to stem from you hating e3 yourself
