@pawnsacrifices: Except that this system has a bootup screen, a menu screen, and a loading screen before you even get to the game's splash screen. Back in the day we didn't have to deal with an OS loading before the game, which is why this is a problem. Modern cartridge based systems can hot swap carts at any time without a reboot and has been that way since the DSi.
@joujou264 Maybe I should remind you of Nintendo's launch window and following months of the 3DS launch. It was terrible. Ports of games everyone has played 10 times over, and the majority were worse off than on the original system(s) due to the lower 3DS specs(Aliasing, feel thy sting). And the launch games were meh. Whereas the Vita launched with several actual decent games and a few awesome ones. Also, I fail to see the connection to the Vita port machine on an article about a simultaneous release of a game for a different system and a new Ghost Recon title. Seems to me you just wanted flame bait.
